Embroidery Work at Home
Hand Crafters Needed |
X
If you have a talent for embroidery
work, then this week's profiled work-at-home opportunity may be
just the ticket. Beaded Casuals is a New York-based cottage
manufacturer of beaded products, including jeans, caps, jackets
and even picture frames and specialty tableware. Jeans with
creative embroidery and/or bead ornamentation, though, are their
specialty.
The company is hiring workers to work from home doing
beading, embroidery, custom stitching, and once in
awhile, simple quilting. Projects vary from
easy to complex, and hand crafters who can handle all
types of hand work are preferred, although the company
also hires crafters that specialize in a particular
skill such as embroidery or beading. The
company hires from all over the U.S. and has crafters in
nearly all 50 states. There is a short
online application, and all crafters work as independent
contractors (no taxes are taken out).
You may accept or reject any project that
is offered, but once a project is accepted, you must finish it and
deliver it in the manner requested prior to the deadline
specified. All materials, including
beads, fabric, threads and patterns, are shipped to you, and
there is no charge for them, but if you are hired the company will require a
deposit or a credit card number. This is only used to
pay for materials that are shipped but never returned to the company as a finished product.
There is no
fee to pay to work for Beaded Casuals.

Casuals go to www.beadedcasuals.com, and click on the "Work for Us"
